Sicuritalia Group Holding, the dominant force of B2B Security and Intelligence Services with over 7500 employees across Italy, looked to conquer the B2C Personal Security market.  Possessing minimal experience with the complexities of e-911 mobile systems, which relied heavily on the ability to support wide variety of platforms, Sicuritalia looked for a company to realize their vision.

Sicuritalia was particularly interested on premiering their B2C mobile security concept as soon as practically possible to stay ahead of competition.

When Diversity of Tools Matters

The result of 7 months of development was a seamlessly integrated end-to-end e-business system, comprised of mobile clients for 5 platforms, service desk applications for Microsoft WPF, Winforms back-office administration console, web applications for field sales agents and customer self-care, VoIP and SMS service for calls and sms processing on Perl and C++, and a server-side MQ and business logic system written on Java. The entire system has been integrated with legacy mainframe accounting software.
